Q:Why is my shipping label not completely printed? Toos mall or only part of it?

A:If you were printing your labels on a regular printer previously, please change your label size from 8.5″x 11″ to 4″x 6″ on the website that generates your labels.Most platforms including eBay, Shopify, and others support both sizes but are set to 8.5″x 11″ size by default.

Q:Why i am printing blank labels?

A:It means the printer didn’t remember the label size correctly. Please operate by following the steps.1. Turn on the printer;2. Press the FEED button and hold on;3. Release your finger when you hear one “Di” sound. Then, the printer will “know” the label size and will not print blank label.
